As a coach I like my teams to play effective possession based, high tempo football.

 

Whilst I never promote a win at all costs attitude, I feel it is important that teams are prepared to be competitive and to achieve at their highest possible level – always.

Goals Win Games

 

Having a striker that can put the ball in the back of the net is invaluable to any team and I am of the belief that not all strikers are born as natural Goal Getters - they can be taught, coached and developed.
